Our process is split up into 5 major phases. Here’s what they look like:

All of our projects start off in person, with a project kick off meeting. Aside from the opportunity to meet our client’s major stakeholders face to face, we use the project kick off meeting as an integral piece of the project discovery and planning phase. This gives us a roadmap with clear, easy to understand goals and milestones.

Beautiful web design with a major focus on usability is the foundation of our design process. Whether we’re designing a full website, a landing page, an email campaign or an ad banner, the goal is to get your users to take action in a straight forward non-intrusive way.

When we code a design to give it life on the web, we put a major focus on the things that users care about most. Speed, mobile responsiveness, and a flawless user experience are what we aim for. We pay attention to the details so your users can get from point A to B without finding a reason to head to your competitor’s site instead. We put our projects through an in-depth demo and testing process to make sure that all bugs and quirks are taken care of well before we launch. We test speed and mobile responsiveness in all modern browsers as well as functionality and all user interactions. No need to worry, if we happen to miss something in this phase, we’re happy to take care of it free of charge!

Our last phase includes an overall review to tie up any loose ends and make sure the project is ready to go live. Once we get the final sign off, we’ll launch and make sure the live project functions exactly as it should.
